300 year old villa is not just an overnight stay – it’s an experience that will immerse you in the harmony and rhythm of the Italian countryside. In a place you’ll want to return to.
As soon as you cross the threshold of our villa, you will immediately be greeted by silence and tranquility, interrupted only by birdsong and the sound of the gentle Levante wind.
Here, any time of day tastes like a delicious, aromatic espresso, local Grechetto wine, Umbrian focaccia, or pasta or pizza with fresh truffles.

If you wish to stay with us longer, need more time to explore the beautiful cities of both regions ( Umbria and Tuscany ) or have a remote job, rent one of our apartments for a longer stay from September to March. Then you will get to know Umbria from behind the scenes and Italian carefree will fill your life.
