Two level apartment 50sqm, with separate bedroom and balcony and absolutely beautiful views of Lake Trasimeno, the island of Polvese, the Tuscan hills with Monte Amiata and the sunsets.
Our home, IL Sodino, was built in 1738. Don't worry :-) it has been rebuilt several times to this day. It received comfortable apartments, but still retains its old character. The house is located among olive groves, in silence and surrounded by nature. You can't hear the hustle and bustle of the city and nervous atmosphere. If you want to live in harmony with nature, then IL Sodino is a good place for you to relax.
The apartment offers on the ground floor a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a large table, connected to a bright kitchen equipped for your needs. Upstairs there is a comfortable bedroom with a balcony and a private bathroom also with a view.
The apartment has a private garden where you will find a table with chairs, umbrellas and sun loungers for your exclusive use.
